Yes — most personalized products on Mom's Charm can be ordered as a single piece. There is no minimum quantity for personal gifting. For bulk or corporate orders (10+ pieces), please visit our corporate gifting page or Idea2cart.

Typical timeline:

• Design proof: Within 24 hours of ordering
• Production: 2–3 working days after approval
• Delivery: 3–5 working days pan-India after dispatch

Total: Usually 6–9 working days from order to doorstep. Express options available for urgent gifting needs.

Changes can be made before you approve the design proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, changes are not possible. Please review the proof carefully — especially spellings of names and dates — before approving.

Yes — just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. You can also add a personalized gift message card that we'll include in the package.

We take great care in packaging all orders. In the rare case of damage in transit, please WhatsApp us a parcel opening video (from start to end, without any breaks) within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. The unboxing video is mandatory for us to process any damage claim with the courier.

Yes. For photo-based products, simply upload your photo during checkout or WhatsApp it to us after ordering. For the best print quality, use a clear, well-lit photo with a minimum resolution of 1MB. Blurry or pixelated photos may affect the final print quality.

Yes — we love custom requests! WhatsApp us with your idea and we'll tell you if we can make it happen. Many of our existing products started as custom requests from customers. Custom product development may require a minimum quantity and additional lead time.

For most products, yes. You can mention your preferred colour scheme or theme (e.g. pastel, dinosaurs, floral, superhero) in the order notes or WhatsApp us after ordering. Our design team will incorporate your preferences into the digital proof.

Yes. GST-compliant invoices are provided for all corporate orders on request. Please note that GST is over and above the prices mentioned on the website — it will be added to your invoice at the applicable rate. Share your company GST number at the time of order and we'll include it on the invoice for your ITC claims.
